Our principal Jim Pantelos has been importing, supporting and servicing Espresso Coffee Machines for over 30 years and he also has a comprehensive knowledge in Roast and Ground Coffee. This understanding of both equipment and coffee insures that all aspects in the brewing of a perfect espresso and hot beverage are covered when attending to equipment so as to achieve the optimum result and performance.
Jim has a good working relationship with most leading equipment manufacturers and their agents and is a frequent visitor at all the international trade fairs, exhibiting the latest equipment and ideas. Jim has been factory trained at N&W, La Cimbali, Faema, Simonelli, FAS, and Saeco who are market leaders in coffee equipment and vending machines, and is EWRB qualified.
Over the years Jim Pantelos has handled, supplied and supported many famous makes and models of Coffee Brewing Machines ranging from the domestic home espresso maker to the higher volume super automatic bean to cup, which incorporates all types of automatic cafe barista machines to self serve vending.
By combining Jim’s experience and resources his contract technicians have access to thousands of spare parts and can provide everything from basic repairs to corporate service and contract preventative maintenance throughout Australia. Whilst we have access to the full portfolio of equipment on offer from one of the world’s leading suppliers of automatic machines in N & W, and as their Agents, I have focused our resources on a small range which I believe will best serve our coffee culture, and enhance the efforts of our coffee roasters so as to deliver cup after of identical cup of quality product.
We are not about a quick sale but about offering a product through our distribution chain that will stand up to our environmental and consumer demands and prove reliable both operationally and technically for many years to come.
